Real Property Management Freedom offers professional managerial services to protect your Florida home while you’re away. We inspect both the inside and outside of your property to ensure its safety and security, providing you with a stress-free experience.

After our consultation and walkthrough, RPM Freedom will conduct scheduled visits to your home. Once the visits are complete, we will securely lock up your home and notify you of the results. If no issues are found during the visit, we will email you the date and time of the visit.

In case of any unfortunate event, we will inform you via phone and email the pictures of the situation. After getting in touch with you, we will be happy to contact your preferred vendor and schedule the necessary repairs. However, if you don’t have any contractor in mind, we will arrange a visit with one of our own.

Vacant Home Protection

  • Evaluate seasonal maintenance to maintain the exterior aesthetic of your home
  • Safely collect and secure all packages, mail, and other deliveries
  • Maintain the temperature of the home while looking for signs of potential water leaks, damage, or mold
  • Evaluate and clear hazards from the roof, gutters, and sidings of the home
  • Ensure all mechanicals, faucets, toilets, sinks, lights, and other appliances are in working condition
  • Verify working smoke detectors, carbon monoxide alarms, and security systems
  • Evaluate steps, doors, and windows to secure the inside of the home from animals and intruders
  • Verify no signs of vandalism, theft, or damage

Step 1: Contact us!

During our initial conversation, we can schedule a walkthrough of your home to develop a service plan with pricing. There is no charge or obligation.

Step 2: Beginning of Service

On the agreed date, our service will begin monitoring your home. A Real Property Management Freedom team member will regularly visit your home to conduct checks and provide services.

After each visit, our team will email a report outlining and detailing the condition of your home and any issues that may have arisen. Home visits can be made weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly, or we can create a custom schedule to your liking.

Pricing

The pricing for our vacant home watch service is not fixed and may vary depending on the frequency of visits, the size of your property, the number of bathrooms, kitchens, appliances, and other unique features that require checks or maintenance. Pricing and costs will be established during our no-fee walkthrough visit so that you can clearly understand the services you receive. Give us a call!
